At Oracle IDM, I was initially responsible for Shared Services for Identity, a platform product geared to bring consistency and increase usability of identity administration through Oracle products. I successfully championed for executive support for Shared Services for Identity, and helped build the product on bootstrap resources.
Later, I was also responsible for Oracle Identity Analytics, a product geared to help customers audit and manage access privileges. In this role, I am credited with increasing morale and productivity, and stemming attrition in the OIA team, and ultimately helping the product turn a corner.

At Juniper, I was responsible for all client components of Juniper's SSL VPN product across different operating systems. I helped shape the next generation products, reduce support cost, and implement a predictable release model. I also spent 6 months, mentoring the extended SSL VPN product team in India.
Product Manager at Neoteris
February 2002 - April 2004
At Neoteris, I was responsible for introducing Secure Meeting, a new product line, and growing revenue to $500,000 in three quarters. In addition, I was product manager for the SSL VPN product with shared responsibility for product roadmap, requirement and prioritization, Customer Advisory Board, SE forums, and Beta programs. I was also responsible in helping define industry standards for performance metrics for the SSL VPN product, and to get Common Criteria certification for the product.
Note: Neoteris was acquired by NetScreen (NSCN) in Nov 2003, and then NetScreen was acquired by Juniper (JNPR) in April 2004.

Designed and developed a hierarchy of trust between digital vaults containing Sorbanes-Oxley data, to prevent tampering by administrators of the vault. ValiCert was later acquired by Tumbleweed (TMWD)

⢠Led the design phase of EMBASSY (EMBedded Application Security SYstem) - an inexpensive, open-system, hardware and software-based device that is a Trusted Platform Module. Was intimately involved with the design, development, and security review of the micro-kernel and firmware. Worked closely with the CTO on next generation products.

At Oracle Fusion, I am responsible for Fusion Talent Csuite Applications. My goals include making current customers successful, building product offerings that push our competition, and scaling the organization to be able to support order of magnitude more customers in a short span.
